AMI was founded on the concept of the "one stop shop," which allows government clients to call one number to obtain services from full property management to renovations, repairs, mechanical services, electrical services, HVAC services, custodial services, landscaping and grounds maintenance. We have evolved an extensive range of capabilities, such that we are able to satisfy essentially any requirement of Operations and Maintenance and Construction, from property curbs to the top of elevator shafts, either via our own Service Technicians, or through our specialty services teammates.

Nation Wide Services

Our extensive portfolio and long history of excellent performance in Guam and Saipan served as the foundation for our expansion into the U.S. mainland. As one of three service contractors jointly awarded a $100 million Multiple Award Service Contract by San Diego-based Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest in 2011, AMI provided services at Navy facilities throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

Ready to Compete

In continuing to actively compete for mainland service contracts, AMI was  awarded a $15 million custodial services contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, as part of a joint venture with ACEPEX Management Corporation, a defense contractor based in Montclair, California. AMI fulfilled services for Naval facilities in and around Norfolk, Virginia, sustaining the company's long history of growth.
